At Boutique at Horton Place Pvt Ltd, we curate our collections with the utmost care. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to assist with an exchange.

1. Exchange window Online purchases: You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request an exchange. In-store purchases: Exchanges are accepted within 7 days of the purchase date with a valid receipt.

2. Eligibility and condition To be eligible for an exchange, items must meet the following pristine condition requirements: Unworn and unaltered: Items must be in their original state, unwashed, and free of any scents, makeup marks, or stains. Original tags: All designer tags, security seals, and brand labels must remain attached in their original positions. Packaging: Original boxes, including boxes for shoes or accessories, and dust bags must be returned undamaged.

3. Strict exclusions: final sale For hygiene and exclusivity reasons, the following are not eligible for exchange or return: Sale items: All items purchased during a promotion, sale, or at a discount. Sensitive categories: Jewelry, swimwear, lingerie, and beauty products. Custom orders: Any garment tailored or made-to-order specifically for you.

4. The exchange process Initiation: Contact us within 48 hours of receipt if your item is damaged or incorrect. We reserve the right to refuse an exchange if the item does not meet our condition standards. Refund policy: We strictly do not offer cash refunds. Exchanges can be made for a different size or a new item of equal or higher value. Any difference must be paid by the customer.

5. Shipping and liability Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping and any re-delivery fees for the exchanged item. We recommend using a tracked courier service, as the item remains your responsibility until it reaches our boutique.
